X1 cover all aspects of property marketing and advertising to ensure successful occupation of your unit. In addition to this, our lettings team will process all legal documentation and manage every aspect of the rental property including negotiating rental terms, utility bills, council tax and TV licensing costs. Eight weekly inspections are carried out at every property we manage to safeguard the quality of your investment unit.

For X1 investors on our PMA, rental income will be paid to you in 4 quarterly instalments with your first payment exactly 3 months after your legal completion date.
For investors on the management product, your rent will be paid to you monthly.
You need not worry about void rental periods; our dedicated team reference check all of our tenants to ensure they are suitable. During the term of your property management agreement, our rent is guaranteed.
Our rental team carry out regular inspections to ensure your property is well maintained. Should you wish to view your property, you may do so by arranging an appointment with your Landlord Manager.
Statement of Account
Your Landlord Manager will provide you with a yearly statement of account. Many landlords find this useful when submitting their annual self-assesment tax returns.
If you are a UK resident, rental income will be paid in full. Non-resident Landlords (NRL) are required to apply for tax exemption via the HMRC website to avoid 20% tax deduction on their rental income.
