We appreciate you may have questions and concerns during this period of global uncertainty. We will use this section of the website to update you as frequently as we can with relevant information regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19). Our staff and customers’ health and safety will remain our number one priority.

Showing Symptoms

Firstly, in order to protect yourselves and our staff, please call the offices rather than coming to speak with us if you have been abroad in the past two weeks.

The same applies if you or someone you know is experiencing symptoms of the virus:

-High temperature

-A new, continuous cough

In this instance, we would advise a period of self-isolation for 7 days. This is to minimise the risk of spreading the virus further. Please find more information here from the NHS guidelines.

We will use this page to communicate company updates, however please feel free to email a member of staff should you want more detailed information on any specific topics.

We would also like to use this platform to offer our help. If you know of any elderly citizens who may need assistance, please email your account manager. We will be delivering supplies in the Liverpool, Manchester and Salford areas. Thank you, X1

Communal Areas

If you are experiencing any symptoms related to COVID-19, we ask that you limit or halt your movement around building. We will be stopping access to communal cinema rooms and kitchens until further notice.

We will not be stopping access to the on-site gyms, however we ask that you wipe down the machines with anti-bacterial wipes after use.


This is a funny old time we’re in right now, so taking some time out to look after yourself is key. Here are some tips for keeping your spirits high.


The upkeep, cleanliness and hygiene is of the utmost importance to us at X1.

Our cleaning team have been instructed to focus even more attention on contact points. For example lifts, door handles, reception desks and security areas.

A statement from our cleaning team:

“Please rest assured that my Team are being urged to pay attention to all Contact areas (lift panels, buttons and handles) and this is being reiterated daily.

We are lucky in that we currently have 100% of our workforce at work – I know that with the volatility of the situation this is likely to change and so I am working non-stop to ensure business as usual for as long as we possibly can.

This really is unprecedented but I hope this puts your Tenant’s minds at ease. If you have any further questions do let me know.”
We do ask for a degree of patience from our tenants should members of our cleaning team be required to self-isolate. We will endeavour to find replacements but we may experience some down periods.

Can all tenants please stop ordering any parcels to our offices until further notice as you will not be able to collect them once the offices are shut.

If you have any parcels in the office currently, please can you arrange to collect them before midday on Friday.
